Due to a high demand for skillful clinical pharmacist in the Qassim region, a supreme royal highness order was issued to establish new pharmacy college within Qassim University based on the recommendations of the university. The college of Pharmacy was established on 01/18/1426 AH with all units of academic structures to fulfill these demands and support the Saudi community and healthcare system with international standards. The College of Pharmacy, Qassim University aims to advance development in health service in the kingdom by preparing competent pharmacists to be able to keep pace with the ongoing developments in the health care sector. The college has excellent infrastructures, facilities and learning resources necessary for practical and theoretical applications in all four departments. Moreover, the strategic locations of the University campuses benefit from the proximity of government and private hospitals where student have wide range of opportunities for clinical training in tertiary care centers around Buraidah city and beyond.
