Coimbatore Institute of Technology is one of the premier Institutes of Technology. Information Sharing and Analysis Center is India’s leading cyber security non-profit organisation and a Partner with CERT-IN and the AICTE. Together, we are striving to build a more resilient and safe Cyberspace. ISAC has recently conducted the most successful Indian Army Hackathon. ISAC is working to build an eco-system in the field of Cyber security capacity building and has an MOU mandate from AICTE to establish Centres of Excellence in Cyber Security to build credible workforce. A state of the art COE is established at CIT Coimbatore in collaboration with TCS to train a large number of Students, working professionals, govt employees, police force etc. A national level cyber security Hackathan is being organised at CIT Coimbatore from 08-04-2022 to 16-04-2022 using the most innovative and modern technologies. It is aimed at initiating the young cyber warriors of the country, by creating an opportunity to come together and work on a collaborative approach to solve specific problems. The Hackathon will help identify the best skilled individuals who can later be utilised by various agencies for addressing cyber solutions. There are two categories of participants I.e: Students of all branches/ disciplines and Working professionals including Faculty, Armed Forces Police personnel.
