The rain was pelting as if there was no tomorrow. It had started in the late evening around 8oclock and had been raining non stop for last 4 hours with the downpour being the strongest now. Interspersed with showers were frequent thunderclaps, which lit up the whole sky, it seemed as if the skies were angry for some broken protocol and were wanting to punish the earth.
