Kelly Block, owner of K-Sera, had a lifelong dream of owning her own clothing boutique. On April 19, 2006, her vision became a reality. Kelly and her dream team of angels began work on a little tin building on the banks of the Ouachita River in West Monroe, Louisiana. Many hours of labor and creativity were spent on transforming this building at 700 Trenton Street in the Cottonport Historic District into a funky little fashion shack. The building was given a new life, and K-Sera was born.
