This problem will occur when there is more than one installation taking place simultaneously in your computer. There can be only one installation of a Quicken product in any given time. To find out if there is any other installation taking place look at the taskbar which is along the lower edge of your screen where the windows start button, other icons, including the clock is located. If there is any other additional download happening cancel the additional download immediately. Also see if there are any other programs being installed. Try to do the Quicken installation process once again. If you are still getting the error code, you have to restart the computer and again start the installation process afresh.
