When we do workouts, different parts of our body are dependent on abs. If we start doing the abs exercise first than our body will get tired easily and the workout is not that efficient in this situation. • It is necessary to know the inhale and exhale technique while doing abs exercise. The abs muscles gets tighten when breathing is done in the right time. If breathing is done in proper way and the muscles are engaged with inhale and exhale, body has more stamina and if not done then body is left breathless and fatigued. Inhaling while doing the exercise and exhaling while reaching finishing position contracts the muscles. • One of the necessary Tips for Perfect Abs is Isometric Abdominal Training (IAT). In this tip, the abdominals are tensed and kept in the same position for 10-30 seconds and then slowly relaxed. One should focus on the muscle contraction and its relaxation over a period of time. It is also a good for those who undergo injuries. The isometric abdominal strength benefits players of rugby, football and athletics. • Doing the abs exercise with different speeds is also very beneficial. As such there are different muscles in the abs exercising with varying speeds is necessary for good results. At fast speeds, muscle activity in the external oblique of all the four muscles increases. In controlled and slow speeds, again the external oblique activity is there but their muscle activity becomes six times as it was in the fast speed exercise. With the varying speeds greater parts of the muscles are recruited. Along with the workout a balanced diet is equally necessary. Rather than avoiding eating it is better to concern on burning the calories by using various techniques to get perfect abs. Even the most food loving people who follow tips for perfect abs properly have perfect abs. Perfect abs can only be achieved when the abs exercises are done properly and a few techniques enhance the abs perfection and muscular strength.
